- Determine long-term goals of the Client
- Establish project approach under Transaction Services (Landlord Paid) or Consulting Services (Tenant Paid)
- If applicable, provide Lease vs. Ownership financial analysis
- Determine Client's geographical and economic parameters
- Establish services to be provided by CRA
- Prepare project timeline and critical dates
- Update project with regular (monthly/quarterly) reports
