CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
  • Establish the amount of the Client’s construction/tenant improvement allowance
  • Prepare cost estimate of Client’s Pricing Plan
  • Instruct client to “Price as Alternate” all above standard improvements
  • Value engineer the plan and specifications for efficiencies
  • Establish the Project Schedule and Completion Date
  • Bid the construction with four (4) qualified and competitive General Contractors, or bid the construction with four (4) subcontractors in each trade area
    (i.e., carpet, sheetrock, paint, millwork, etc.)
  • Spreadsheet bids and award Contract to the lowest bidder
  • Supervise construction with weekly Client meetings for finish by the projected Completion Date
